The Interface Financial Group has always worked closely with brokers and advisers to offer professional solutions for their clients. The IFG service can be delivered in both a time- and cost-effective manner.

Brokers are paid commission fees based on their referred clients. Fees are paid at the same time the amount for sold invoices is collected. Commission fees will continue to be paid as long as the client receives our services.

Q. How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?

A. We usually respond to an inquiry in less than 1 hour.

Q. Are you "industry sensitive"? Specifically, will you handle construction invoice factoring other construction related clients?

A. IFG mostly services companies and manufacturing in the service sectors. However, we are one of the few manufactoring companies who will service the needs of the construction industry.

Q. When are commissions paid?

A. We adopt the standard industry approach and make commission payments as and when accounts are paid.
